Plan your day ahead. By planning your day
ahead, you will be able to prioritize your schedule of importance. When
you have tackled your importance task first, you will have less worries
and less stress.

Plan your financial budget. Do not over
spent on the necessaries. Financial stress account to about 50% of the
stress according to a recent survey.

Enrich with self discipline. Stick to
what you have plan and go for it. Discipline remains the biggest
challenge for most people especially when the are no one to push you to

beyond reality are going to create more stress than releasing stress.
Break your 1 year goal into 12 months goal then into 4 weeks goal and 7
days goal and so on. By doing this step, you will be able to access

good at laughing out loud when they are stress out. Researches have
proven that laughing is the best medicine to manage stress.

Watch more comedy related movies rather
than tears inclined or horror movies. The both latter movies will not
do any good at releasing stress but in fact increase your stress level.

10 minutes a day to meditate. They work wonder to reduce your stress
level and gear yourself towards a challenging day ahead.

Learn to hold your breath and stay in
silence whenever your come into any difficulties. When you combine
meditation and staying in silence during challenging times, you would

mind is the most powerful piece of 'equipment'. We could actually
imagine to be in a middle of an isolated island even when we are in the
hustle bustle of a city center.

indulge in sporting activities, you will sweat and that sweating is
