Stress Out is the term we usually hear. That is not the only meaning that we can derive from. Stress can come in many forms. From the biological point of view, there is a good stress called eustress and the bad stress. Bad stress consist of chronic stress, financial stress, relationship stress and workplace stress.
Eustress is the good stress that gives healthy, good feeling with fulfillment to potential gains. It is good to have this kind of stress as it create happiness in the end with challenges. Most people would want to look forward to this kind of stress.
Chronic Stress is in respond to unpleasant event which the beholder has no control upon. When this happen the person involve will enter into a stage loss, anxiety, loss of conscious judgment, depression, pain all over the body with concentration problem.
Financial Stress is due to insufficient money because of improper or unexpected expenditure which results in shortage of budget. Bringing in more budget may not be the way to solve the problem although it may be temporary measure. Instead to learn how to manage and set aside a considerable budget for savings would be the more appropriate step.
Relationship Stress is referred to man to woman, child to parent and among friends relationship. Man to woman relationship stress is more of a concern in this aspect. Among the common stresses syndrome in man to woman are argument, marital and divorcee problem.
Workplace Stress is the most prevalent stress that happen to most working class group. It could be due to superior or colleague pressure, work related demand, time related and so on.
Bad stress has many negativity and side effects that may lead to depression, loss of appetite, hormonal imbalance, improper breathing, insomnia, gastronomical problem, mental problem, cardiovascular problem and the list goes on.
