H1N1, Bird Flu, SARS and many other
pandemic diseases are the talk of the town during their hot seasons.

rules we need to follow to keep ourselves free from contracting the

Steps To Protect Your Health:

Keep your hands clean every time. Wash
you hands with soap and water after you sneeze, cough or when in
contact with bodily fluid

Avoid in contact with your eyes, saliva
and nose

Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue
or handkerchief when you cough or sneeze. Make sure the tissue is
discarded accordingly

Keep a distance from people who are sick
unless you are protected with gloves and face mask

Keep away from high human traffic without
fresh air

Keep away from air condition places like
cinema and malls

If you are having fever, go and consult a
Doctor immediately

Stay away from others when you are ill

Practice social distancing, avoid shaking
hands although it is considered a good gesture

Follow public health advice from the
community

Drink only boiled water and make sure you
drink plenty of it

Choose your hygiene food wisely

Eat in moderation and a balance diet

Get enough sleep daily

self health, you can be very sure that you will be safe from pandemic
