According to the Journal of the American Medical Association, the contrast between those who exercise regularly and those who don't are to expected to dying prematurely by half. The evidence shows exercise is as important as the food that we chose to take.

 

The major misconception on exercise is that exercise needs to be hard, rigorous and intense. This misconception is not true. In fact, working out at between 60 to 75% of our maximum heart rate is the best option for our exercise regime.

 

The best part about exercise is that you can custom it to suit your physical built. It is never too late to begin a life of exercise. You can never lose more than those unwanted and unhealthy pounds. Your health and quality of life will improve tremendously once you adopt exercise into your daily life.
