Water is essential in our lives. To ensure we drink enough, we must
have the thought process to make water drinking effortlessly. We
have to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to stay
hydrated and healthy.
Tips to make water drinking easier:

As much as possible, drink water
instead of coffee and sodas that contain caffeine.
Caffeine is a diuretic, which means it has a slight
dehydrating effect. Caffeine literally forces water
out of our system. That is why sodas and coffee
never quench our thirst and we always want more of
it. We will also reap a lot of benefits from
replacing sugar and sweetener laden beverages with
water.

Drink 2 big glasses of water first
thing in the morning. When we wake up, our body is
naturally very thirsty. This first drink will help
us to flush out the toxins that have been
accumulated throughout the night. It is easier to
drink plenty of water first thing in the morning.
Take advantage of this thirst to get ahead on our
daily water requirement.

If you are cold, drink warm water
instead of coffee.

Set a timer to remind yourself to
establish a habit of water drinking. Keep a bottle
of water by your side at all times.

Spice up the water with lemon or
lime.

Opt for the water which suit your
taste better. RO water taste differently from
mineral water.

Instead of drinking a big cup at
one go, sip a little or a quarter cup every 15
minutes. It works out to be the same quantity with a
cup for every hour.
