What you eat is what you get as the
saying goes. This is exactly what happens in real world. There is no
such thing as eating as much and at the same time hoping to slim down.
There must be an outlet or an avenue to release that extra calorie in
your body.

There are many different types of diets.
Every culture and ethnic has their own. Basically the original diet of
the natives shall depend on what is available from the ground up. We do
not have a systematic transportation that is able to deliver a Japanese
Tuna to United States before the Wright brothers created air plane.
The important part of a good diet is to
provide the consumer a steady intake of nutritious, well balance and
nutrients rich food. An organic food which come directly from the
source and with less processing is a much better diet in general.
A healthy diet will need to include:
-
fruits, vegetables, whole grains and
nuts, beans
-
milk products which include cheese
-
lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs

cholesterol, salt (sodium) and sugar
-
