Our body only release hormone insulin when it senses glucose which
derives from carbohydrate and fat. The problem is that fructose doesn't
trigger hormone insulin to be release. When there are no hormone
insulin in our blood system, our digestive system are unable to detect
fullness from our stomach. This is where we will continue eating fruits
non stop. Too much fructose ultimately will converted to energy to be
stored as fat in our tissue. Obesity becomes the problem.

a negative spillover effect of increase in triglycerides level. High Triglycerides
level are known to be one of the main reason for heart disease.

citrus fruits are bad for our tooth because of brushing off the
weakened enamel.
Due to the nature of fruits which are
rich in fructose, we have to take them in moderation. Fruits Diet are
not the only solution to better and healthier lifestyle. We can
actually absorb the same nutrients from vegetable instead. Vegetables
provide even more fiber compare to fruits without the extra calories.
