As long as we know what we consume, we
can manage our health more properly than those who don't know what they
eat. All foods that we eat needs to be in moderation. Anything that is
beyond moderation will bring negativity in life... including food.
When we monitor our food intake closely,
we will eventually find that our dietary becomes healthier. We become
aware of our health level than before. We, ourselves become a probe to
our own life. We take into consideration even all minor changes to our

Criteria of food high in Cholesterol:
they are usually consist of meat and meat
related product. Beef, Mutton and Turkey which are labeled red meat
consist of very high level of cholesterol. A serving size of 3.5oz of
Beef contains about 375gm of cholesterol.
man made saturated fat such as shortening
and margarine also contains high cholesterol. These man made artificial
butter substitute are processed with thousands of chemicals. Oil do not
come in solid form but shortening and margarine do.
french fries that we eat does contain a
substantial amount of cholesterol. It is not the fries itself but the
way and the oil that used to fry them. When the fries are fried in the
cooking oil, the oil turns in to trans fat. These trans fat are a kind
of cholesterol that stay permanently in our arteries if it made it's
way through it.
foods that are high in cholesterol
usually taste better. Because of the way it is prepared and the trans
fat that it contains, the aroma will always be better than lesser
cholesterol food.
