Stimulate your Memory Brain: Our brain
needs to be stimulated and forced to work all the time. The more we
work up our brain, the better it becomes. Just like going through
addition, subtraction and multiplication. If we keep practicing the
mathematical exercise, we get better by the day.

Take adequate rest. Your brain need rest
as much as your physical self. You may feel that your brain's process
slow down at the end of the day. That is the time you need to rest your
brain.

Try not to cover up your head during
sleep. Our skin breath as well as our brain. Brain deprived of oxygen
do not work as efficiently as it should be.

During fever, keep your most important
asset, your brain as cool as possible. Children who diagnose with
excessive fever will damage their brain.

Exercise regularly. Exercise will help to
improve blood circulation. With better blood circulation, more oxygen
will flow through our capillaries which will provide more oxygen to our
brain cells.

Quit Smoking. There are more than 4000
harmful chemicals appear in a cigarette. These chemicals will deposit
in our brain every time we smoke.

Breath fresh air as frequently as
possible. Try to stay away from air condition room as much as possible.
Air condition room has more air pollutant and less oxygen compare to
fresh air.

When you are not feeling well, your brain
is actually not feeling well too. Your physical body need rest so do
your brain.

Tease your brain with quiz. Talk to
intellectuals who make you think.

Your brain need nourishment as well as
you do. A major part of our brain consist of Omega-3. Researches have
proven that the more we include Omega-3 in our diet, the better we
become intellectually.

Our sugar level is at the lowest when we
wake up in the morning. Our brain cells need food to function. Without
regulated sugar level in our body, our brain will be the hardest hit
from sugar deprived environment.

Too much sugar is bad for our brain. It
will disrupt the protein and nutrients absorption into our brain cells.

Take good nutritious meal each and every
time. Processed and GMF (Genetically Modified Food) is bad for our
brain as some researchers has proven.

Take good care of your brain by wearing
protective guards when indulge in sports. They are the most vulnerable
part in our body.
