There is no denying that fruits diet is a healthy diet. Every doctor, dietitian, health conscious person and even any man on the street would recommend you to do so.
A new study reveal that fruits diet may back fire if taken into the extreme. There are certain criteria such as a person’s weight and weather he or she is diabetic or not will need to be taken into consideration before going on the fruits dieting.
Those who wish too go on that kind of diet should understand that fruits produce an enormous amount of fructose. Fructose is also sweet in nature and it doesn’t amount to initiate hormone insulin production in our body system. Without insulin, the person who consume the fruits would not know that he is full even though he has taken his portion. In the end he may end up taking more calories than he should be.
In another word, he may not be aware that he is over eating. The over eating of fructose is bad for our health especially when there is an absent of hormone insulin.

Nasolabial Folds are considered the aging lines for many. It appears prominently from the edge of our nose to the corner of our lips. The fold appear when we make facial expression such as smile and laugh.
It is a natural line that grows with age. The older we get, the deeper the line grows. Fats tissue also plays an important role in determining the depth of the line. The structure of the mouth and jaw play an important part in the effect on the nasolabial folds. The outward jaw will show deeper nasolabial folds compare to the inward jaw.
Physically there is not much we can do except to go for corrective surgery which might be risky.
There is another way to deal direct towards reducing nasolabial folds. Facelift surgery is the option. These surgery conducted to remove excessive fat tissue surrounding the nasolabial fold area. When the fats are removed, the skin surface becomes less bulge and technically less visibility for the folds. But that is not the case for all scenario. Over the time, fat tissue will tend to grow back to the surgically fat removed area. Then it is back to square one.

How to release stress remain one of the most important aspect of life. We can’t run away from stress. There is no such thing as stress free in this world.
In order to deal with stress, we need to know a few basic rules which affect us. We have to know ourselves first before we can even talk about dealing stress which affect us. Each and everyone of us are different. We come from different back ground.
When we understand ourselves better, we will know our abilities and limits. That is when we are able to chart the course to address stress efficiently.
The usual stress that affect us are due to our human nature of procrastination. Procrastination is the reason that builds up the stress. Let us ask ourselves. Why do we need to stress ourselves to that point? Wouldn’t it be good if there were no procrastination in the first place?
Instances like this could have been avoided and stress could have been avoided too if we have done our planning and just follow it. We are going to discuss on how to avoid stress instead of how to release stress alone.

You may not be aware the real truth about heart attack. All these while you might be mislead into believing that cholesterol is the main culprit for leading to heart disease.
All I can say ” You Are Wrong”!

Low Fat Diet Plan has been the talk of weight loss community for ages. Do they really work? Are there any statistic to back up the claim? Or is it a gimmick from the companies who just want to make quick buck?
After countless research from the web, I have found out that low fat diet plan is not as what it claims to be to a certain extend. From my findings, the plan doesn’t work alone but need to have other factors which are more important than the plan itself.

Our diet is the most important part in our lives. We are what we eat at the end of the day.
In order to have a healthy and problemless life, we have to choose the source of food, the way we cook and the food we eat. When we control from this end, we are safe to say that we are automatically qualify to be in the healthy group.
